The quality of foundation work largely depends on the safety and reliability of steel buildings. We offer advanced solutions to international customers through a network of global partners. Once an order is signed up PK VESTA provides the end customers with a foundation layout (including all loads from a steel builsing), which allows general constrictors to start the ground works. After 2 weeks a customer receives a full base project with all drawings (the foundation type and total bill of materials - the amount of concrete reinforcement, anchor bolts, etc.)
High load-bearing capacity
Construction of heavy structures on any soils
Durability
The base is highly resistant and not subject to deformation up to 150 years
Availability
No expensive construction equipment required
Minimum terms
Minimum terms (up to 2-3 weeks) for the erection of steel structures
All-season service
the opportunity to conduct work year-round anywhere in the world
Versatility
Allow to erect buildings of any shape
Foundation works for prefabricated buildings
IMPORTANT! In the absence of geological surveys PK VESTA can use only the «conditional soils» (the most frequently encountered soils according to statistics of orders) The foundation type is determined at the designing stage and depends on geological works (soil types and load bearing capacity). In most cases, the international clients use three popular types of foundations: 1) Classic pier foundation, 2) Bored Pile foundation and 3) Slab foundation (mostly common in Africa, Asia and the Middle East)“Classic columnar foundation”
Make indentations in the ground below the freezing point (usually from 1.4 to 2 m). On the base of the formwork, a foundation glass is poured with a certain step along the length of the building. All glasses are interconnected by a foundation beam (non-supporting grillage) to give horizontal stiffness. A basement (reinforced concrete slabs or masonry with insulation) can be installed on top of the perimeter of the building to protect the building from snow bags and water."Pile bored foundation"
it is faster and cheaper to build, but not always available due to soil characteristics. It is mainly used in soft soils (unsteady and swampy). Drilling technology is similar to the construction of poles: with a drilling rig or a hand drill with extension nozzles, the soil is selected until it reaches the bearing layers. Then use metal or asbestos-cement pipes, filling them with concrete. Reinforced concrete in asbestos pipes. On top of the perimeter of the building, everything is connected by a grillage."Slab foundation"
An integral monolithic reinforced concrete slab, which is immediately poured and then located over the entire area of the foundation. This is a rather costly type of foundation due to the large costs of earthwork and building material. However, such a robust construction is very resistant to different types of soil displacements. Plus, the client immediately receives a flooded "dirt floor" without waiting for the installation of the entire building kit. This type of foundation is often used in Asia and Africa.
