PK Vesta announces the final erection of a pre-engineered 1-storey bottle factory in Tula region, Russia (up to 500 sq.m., 8W х 24L х 4H, 15 deg.) A client mainly focuses on the following potential markets in Russia: Central, Volga and South federal Districts. The whole manufacturing process will be fully automated.
The load-bearing structure is based on the built-up welded beams (furious metal) The secondary framing is made of the cold-formed zinc-coated profiles. For all factory-located framed openings (windows, gates and doors) the secondary framing is considered (welded tubes) The simple bolt-together design is favorable in terms of the erection cost minimization. The ready-to-use sandwich panels are used as the sheathing products. The color scheme is most popular among clients – the combination of blue and yellow.
