PK Vesta announces the order of a pre-fabricated mini supermarket (up to 400sq.m.) in Tula, Russia (15W x 25.2L x 3.9H, 15deg.) Having the extensive working experience in the residential market in Russia, a client has decided to enter the non-residential construction market by purchasing a building kit (light gauge steel framing, secondary framing, sheathing products, trim, gutters, pre-fabricated framings and ext.) It is planned to use a steel building for subleasing purposes or as part of the regional network of supermarkets in the central federal district of Russia.
The color scheme of a steel building: the grey roof and the yellow walls. The sheathing products: the ready-to-use sandwich panels. The openings: factory pre-fabricated. The panel thickness: 100mm for all walls, and roof – 120mm. The building will be commissioned in the first qorter of 2014.
