Tula plant PK Vesta announces an order for a pre-fabricated supermarket with warehouse 18W x 36L x 3H (clean inside) in Ryazan, Russia. The developer is a family-run company regularly engaged in the purchase of land and the construction of new supermarkets for rent to well-known retailers (local and national in Russia and the CIS). They contacted the Tula plant through old acquaintances who had already realized projects through PK Vesta and recommended ordering a steel building in Tula.
All load-bearing steel structures were designed on the basis of the most modern LSGF technology (cold-formed galvanized profiles) with Ist galvanized class: 275 g / sq.m. All non-essential ferrous metal elements are supplied ONLY in premium powder coating (over 80 microns), which gives almost 100% complete protection against any corrosion for many years ahead. In the design scheme, only 100% bolted joints are used (there is no on-site welding at all) The steel frame is sheathed with standard non-combustible sandwich panels (with a mineral wool density of at least 110 kg / m3, a profiled sheet thickness of at least 0.5 mm and a high-quality adhesive base)
