The PK VESTA plant announces an order for a pre-fabricated sports hall 13W x 30L x 6H for a local school in Yalta, Crimea, Russia. Due to cramped conditions, the width of a typical gym was slightly reduced to 13 meters in span. Representatives of the local school, after a long comparative analysis among the factories, chose the Tula plant, which has one of the main specializations - the design and manufacture of sports prefabricated facilities.
The most modern technology of LSGF (columns, trusses and girders) is taken as the basis, which makes it possible to lighten the building compared to traditional technologies (brick, reinforced concrete, ferrous metal) All the main elements (gaskets, corners, column bases, etc.) are already supplied on the basis of premium powder coating (no less than 100 microns of protection) Full-window double-glazed windows, modern polycarbonate, skylights, fire doors, internal partitions, basic utilities and sports equipment (rings, mats, trampolines, etc.) are all included into the building kit.
The prefabricated sports hall was calculated free of charge by customers in the innovative online platform WebSteel.
