PK Vesta announces the order of a prefabricated office and a grocery store 6.6W x 10.8L x 6H from Rigid Framing in Petropavlovsk Kamchatsky, Russia. The client decided to build a new building from light metal structures on his own site to expand the network of grocery stores in the city. There will be 2 combined one- and two-story parts with elevations.
Given the heavy loads (snow - 7, wind - 7, seismic - 9 points on the Richter scale), classic Rigid Framing will be used - structures based on a welded beam of ferrous metal or for a one-story building HYBRID system based on Rigid Framing + LSGF. All load-bearing structures are sheathed with standard sandwich panels (80mm for walls and 100mm for roofs) factory-made with mineral wool non-combustible filler. The building kit from the factory in Tula is supplied with all fittings and fasteners.
For appearance, the client asked to use an unusual design using a beautiful wood-like pattern (Walnut with 3D effect) on the outer metal lining of the sandwich panel. All additional elements will be with a pattern under a smooth Oak.
The highest level of quality of all the basic elements of the building is applied (I class of galvanizing is 275 g / sq.m. For the LSTK system, the density of mineral wool is at least 100 kg / cubic meters, the thickness of the profiled sheet is at least 0.5 mm, the German adhesive base , reliable cruciform bonds only of metal, etc.)
