Tula plant PK Vesta announces the order of a prefabricated modern car wash 15W x 12L x 5.2H in Tula, Russia. The client plans to develop his own network of premium car washes with the most modern European equipment for washing cars in a fully automatic mode.
All load-bearing steel structures are made according to the advanced LSGF construction technology (cold-formed galvanized profiles) with all secondary elements made out of ferrous metal (gaskets, column bases, corners, etc.) High-quality powder coating is applied (more than 80 microns) That quality level gives a 100% guarantee and protection against any corrosion for many years to come, which is important for a steel building with a high level of humidity and chemicals inside the building.
The prefabricated steel frame is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (walls - 100mm, roof - 150mm). The Tula plant includes all internal partitions with framed openings for doors and windows, fittings and fastening.
Two main colors have been chosen for the brand's design: black (RAL 3003) and yellow (RAL 1018). The interior uses a standard white color (RAL 9003) for better illumination.
The prefabricated car wash was designed and calculated by the customer himself in the free international online service WebSteel.
