PK Vesta plant announces the order of a pre-fabricated steel warehouse / shop 13.3x42x6 for the production of wallpaper in Tula, Russia. In order to expand the existing business in the central part of Russia and create a new modern production facility, the client decided to place an order with the Tula plant for a new steel building. A special feature of the project is the lengthwise adjoining of the new building to the old building made of foam blocks. The PK Vesta plant will develop a junction joints along two walls and a roof. In order to facilitate the connection, the new steel building will be lowered 0.5m below the roof of the old one.
The new steel building is a typical gable roof in a single-span design (without columns inside) The classic most modern technology LSGF (cold-formed galvanized profiles) is used, which allows saving up to 15-20% on the costs of load-bearing structures compared to Rigid Framing (welded ferrous metal beams)
IMPORTANT! By default, the PK Vesta plant from the beginning of 2021 began to supply all secondary elements made of ferrous metal (column bases, shaped elements) for the domestic market of Russia on the basis of premium powder coating (from 80 microns and above. Gloss or matte). These elements are made only on ultramodern laser machinery (no plasma cutting), which dramatically increases the quality level of building kits and makes it premium. The combination of C350 metal with Ist class of coating (275 g / m2) and powder coating with laser cutting of metal brings the pre-fabricated steel buildings of the Tula plant closer to the premium option for the inner Russian construction market.
All load-bearing metal structures are sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (100 / 120mm for walls and roof) with mineral wool filler (filler density - not less than 110 kg / сub.m., Profiled sheet thickness - not less than 0.5mm) All building kits include shaped and fastening elements in the basis of 100% bolted connections.
Several sectional insulated gates with vertical rise, visors and fire doors are taken into account.
