PK Vesta plant announces the order of a pre-fabricated gas station and a mini-market 24x50x5 in Dagestanskie Ogni, Russia
The PK Vesta plant announces the placement of an order for a unique format of a gas station and minimarket with a hardware store 24W x 50L x 5H made out of LSGF. Due to the pandemic and the changing preferences of customers, the owner of the steel building decided to create a unique network of gas stations in the south of Russia with a building area of at least 1000 sq. m. in order to combine different formats of grocery, hardware stores and gas stations - 3in1 according to the recent fastest growing European business model.
The supporting steel frame is designed on the basis of the most advanced LSGF technology (cold-forned profiles), which provides 100% anti-corrosion protection for many years to come (especially in regions with high humidity levels) PK Vesta plant supplies all secondary elements of ferrous metal (corners, gaskets, column bases, etc.) only in premium powder (more than 80-100 microns) Premium Russian S350 metal with I zinc-plating class is used.
The steel frame will be sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (100mm on the walls and 150mm on the roof) with spot use of ventilated facades (composite cassettes with th total thickness of 2mm) and French windows (2 or 3 chamber packages with increased sound and heat insulation properties)
