PK Vesta plant announces the order of a modern plant and warehouse 20/5W x 33L x 6/9H for the manufacture of road surfaces (paving stones, curbs, tiles, concrete, mortars, etc.) and construction chemicals in Nur-Sultan (Astana), Kazakhstan. The company is a partner of the international concern MC-Bauchemie.
The new industrial complex includes the main prefabricated steel buildings made out of light metal structures: 20W x 42L (including a warm and open shed) and free-standing steel structures: 5W x 24L x 8/9H (with a flat roof and a pitched roof) The plant uses a proven reliable hybrid system (Rigid framing + LSGF - a combination of columns made out of welded I-beams and trusses with girders made out of cold-formed galvanized profiles using the base metal of the S245 and S350 grades) Examples of hybrid structures from similar objects:

All complete steel buildings are sheathed with classic non-combustible premium sandwich panels with a Z-Lock locks (4 stiffness ridges for the roof, profiled sheet thickness - at least 0.5 mm, mineral Rockwool density - at least 100 kg / m3, high-quality adhesive bases) All fittings and fasteners are included into the building kit. Colors: combination of blue (RAL 5005) and Light Gray (RAL 9006)
The entire building kit was designed in the free online system WebSteel, available 24/7 for people with no technical education. The factory can produce steel buildings anywhere in the world. We are actively working with clients in Eurasia, the Middle East and Africa.
