PK Vesta plant announces the order of a modern industrial workshop 18x78x7 in Kaliningrad, Russia
The PK Vesta plant received an order for the manufacture of a new industrial complex 18W x 78L x 7H based on HYBRID technologies in Kaliningrad, Russia. The client of the steel building, after several years of comparative and analytical analysis, chose the Tula plant due to PK VESTA’s many years of experience in the design and manufacture of such steel buildings. The client is a Russian company that specializes in oil and gas services, development and production of casing strings for well cementing. The new steel building will house state-of-the-art equipment.
The prefabricated industrial shop is based on a proven reliable HYBRID system (a combination of a Rigid framing: columns made out of rolled or welded ferrous metal beams and LSGF: steel trusses and secondary framing all made out of cold-formed profiles), which saves on the costs of steel frames and provides increased protection against corrosion. Lightweight metal frame will be sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels with mineral wool filler.
