PK Vesta plant announces the order and assembly of a prefabricated office 10x14x3 in Tula, Russia
The Tula plant received an order for the design and manufacture of a pre-fabricated modern office made out of LSGF 10W x 14L x 4.2H for one of the industrial companies in Tula, Russia. At the moment, the installation of load-bearing and cladding structures is underway.
Steel structures are based on the most modern LSGF technology (columns, trusses and secondary framing) without the use of any welding work (100% bolted-together connection) Since 2021 PK Vesta plant supplies ALL secondary elements made out of ferrous metal (gaskets, corners, column bases, etc. etc.) only with the use of premium powder coating (more than 80 microns), which makes the steel frame as protected as possible from any corrosion for many years to come.
The steel frame is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (with mineral Rockwool and 150mm thickness for walls and roof), taking into account all the fittings and fasteners. In the end part, a ventilated facade will be used (composite cassettes with 0.8mm thickness) A modern skylight based on polycarbonate (20mm) will be installed in the ridge (3m width, with automatically shutters for ventilation and a meteorological station to determine the wind and rain) In some walls, empty framed openings for French windows are taken into account (3-chamber energy-saving double-glazed windows)
The foundation is used in the form of bored piles and a grillage along the perimeter (foundation beam). A plinth with a height of 0.3 m is laid on top to protect the steel building in the off-season. The column bases are attached to the concrete base with 4 high-strength anchor bolts.
The steel building was designed and priced in free online service WebSteel.
