PK Vesta plant announces the completion of the assembly of a pre-fabricated plant / office 24x60x8 for the manufacture of solar panels in Aksai, Kazakhstan
PK Vesta plant announces the completion of the assembly of the newest 24W x 60L x 8H pre-fabricated plant/office for the manufacture of solar panels in Aksai, Kazakhstan. The Italian Kazakh company decided to place an order at the Tula plant because of the PK VESTA's extensive experience in international markets. The local industrial and engineering company is the first in the north of Kazakhstan to manufacture the latest solar panels with innovative solutions.
The steel building consists of two parts (two-storey office part 24W x 12L based on Rigid Framing - welded beams made out of ferrous metal with a grid of 6x6 columns on the ground floor and an interfloor overlap and a one-storey part 24W x 48L, taking into account the loads from the supporting crane beam of up to 5 tons) Two free-standing modern skylights with 3m width are designed with polycarbonate (Israeli manufacturer POLYGAL) The most efficient design scheme for the given steel building parameters is based on HYBRID technology (combination of Rigid Framing + LSGF) The steel frame is sheathed with PIR panels (100/150) from a foreign manufacturer. At the end of the building, empty framed openings were created for high glass facades (2-chamber double-glazed windows)
Foreign technical specialists paid special attention to the innovative free WebSetel system from PK VESTA, which allows anyone without technical education to quickly and efficiently design and calculate the cost of individual prefabricated steel buildings via the Internet anywhere in the world.
