PK Vesta plant announces an order for a pre-fabricated sports hall 12x36x6/4 in Yalta, Crimea, Russia
The PKV plant announces an order for a sports hall made of light metal structures 12W x 36L x 6/4H in Yalta, Crimean peninsula. The local school, after a long analysis, decided to give preference to the Tula plant through a local engineering company. The client asked to take into account the existing foundation when placing the steel building on a new development spot (anchor group), which was considered.
All lightweight steel structures were designed on the basis of the latest LSGF technology based on 100% bolted connections without the use of self-tapping screws (columns, trusses and a purlin system). The steel frame has full corrosion protection due to the use of powder coating for some ferrous metal elements.
The steel frame is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (walls - 120mm and roof - 150mm), taking into account all fasteners and shaped elements. 3 basic colors were selected: yellow - RAL 1018, white - RAL 9003 and green - RAL 6002.
The steel building kit includes empty framed openings for the installation of double-glazed windows, fire-proof doors and skylights. Inside the main sports hall there will be natural light through a modern roof structure.
The prefabricated sports hall was calculated and designed in the free online system WebSteel.
