PK Vesta plant announces an order for a gym 15x36x6 for a private school in Dmitrov, Moscow region, Russia
The PK Vesta plant announces an order for a pre-fabricated sports hall 15W x 36W x 6H made out of LSGF in the suburbs of Moscow for one of the private licensed non-state schools that teaches children of different ages. There are classes with a minimum number of children and experienced teachers.
The school owners spent a lot of time looking for a plant in the Central Federal District of Russia, specializing in the supply of sports facilities made out of light metal structures. Due to the fact that the Tula plant has been supplying new generation sports facilities in the country (in particular to the Crimean Peninsula) based on the most modern technologies in Russia and abroad for many years, it was ultimately chosen.
The prefabricated steel building is a new format of a small gym for small villages and municipalities. The latest technology LSGF (cold formed galvanized profiles) was applied for load-bearing steel structures with 100% bolted connections without any welding at the installation site. It provides 100% corrosion protection for many years to come due to the use of black metal parts protected by premium powder coating (80-100 micron protection)
Light metal structures are sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (mineral wool with a density of at least 110 kg / m3). The building kit already includes all fittings and fasteners. Color solutions are chosen taking into account 2 main predominant colors: beige (RAL 1014) and brown (RAL 8017) Classic white (RAL 9006) is used on the roof.
A technical area adjoins the main sports hall, where a corridor, locker rooms for children, showers, a rest room and an electrical panel room will be located.
The prefabricated sports hall was designed and calculated in real time in the free online platform WebSteel, which has no analogues in Eurasia.
