PK Vesta plant announces an export order of a pre-fabricated furniture shop with office 15x30x4.2 in Mogilev, Belarus
The Tula plant PK Vesta announces the placement of an order for a prefabricated steel furniture workshop with an office 15W x 30L x 4.2H (inside) based on the most modern construction technology LSGF (cold-formed galvanized profiles) The client's family business (3rd generation) operates in the furniture market for about 25 years in the former Soviet Union countries. It has its own production site and an extensive distribution network of stores in Belarus. The task was to expand the existing production capacity (with an emphasis on the manufacture of furniture in the loft style) and further modernize the plant. PK VESTA was contacted by referrals from old clients.
Since 2021 in the building kit at the Tula plant PK Vesta, all secondary elements made out of ferrous metal (corners, angles, gaskets, column bases, etc.) are now supplied on the basis of high-quality powder coating (with a coating of more than 80 microns) The use of standard GF-021 paint primer has been discontinued since early this year. The premium steel S350 is used with the first class of galvanizing: 275 g / sq.m.
The load-bearing steel structures will be sheathed with standard non-combustible sandwich panels filled with mineral wool (100mm and 120mm thickness for walls and roof, respectively). The complete set of the building includes all fittings and fasteners.
The prefabricated building was designed in the free online service WebSteel.
