PK VESTA has successfully completed the manufacture of a prefabricated steel workshop 42W х 48L х 11H for the production of road tiles in Astana, Kazakhstan. The packages on wooden pallets were formed according to the type of products (steel framing, sandwich panels, fasteners and trimming) with individual numbering in order to facilitate unloading at the construction site. The building kit was manufactured fully in Tula, Russia.
In Kazakhstan, there are practically no analogues of these facilities. One of the most modern equipment and technological processes with a high level of automation will be applied. The assembly of the steel building from light metal structures is planned to be completed by the end of this summer.
