PK VESTA announces an order for a mini-warehouse 9W x 18L x 5H for storage of cable products and electronics in Shatura, Russia. All the main elements of the steel frame for the pre-fabricated steel building will be based on the most modern technology LSGF (cold-formed galvanized profiles) - columns, beams, secondary framing and reinforced construction for framed openings. The entire steel frame is sheathed with classic non-flammable sandwich panels (walls - 120mm and roof - 150mm) with all fittings and fasteners.
Similar constructions, like the LEGO designer, are erected year-round and in the shortest possible time by a small team of 3-4 people with practically no use of heavy equipment. The ultramodern sky lights with a smoke removal and ventilation system (2 doors, 2 Italian actuators, a smoke removal button and a control unit) is used on the roof, providing excellent sound and thermal insulation properties and, most importantly, significant savings in lighting the steel building. Particular attention is paid to the tightness of the structure and its cladding systems and requirements of the technology for storing cable products with electronics. A client created 2 openings for sectional insulated gate 3x3 and door 0.86x2.1 on the long side.
