PK Vesta announces the final erection of the innovative farm for mushroom cultivation in Tula region, Russia
PK Vesta announces the final erection of the innovative pre-engineered farm for mushroom cultivation in Tula region, Russia (30W x 34L x 5.1H) The light gauge load-bearing structure was made from the cold-formed zinc-coated profiles with the astonishing single-span of 30 meters and height of 5.1 meters. The closest analogues of such steel buildings are virtually nonexistent in Russia, the CIS, Europe and Asian markets. The internal «thermal circuit» was used meaning that the sandwich panels were attached to the exterior columns and underneath the trusses. The trusses were covered by the corrugated profiles. The steel structure was fully zinc coated offering the excellent anti-corrosion features for many years to come. The internal air-conditioning systems and refrigerators will be installed for mushroom cultivation. The fittings and screws were all included in the building kit.
The client is in the top nine of the largest providers of mushrooms in Russia and the CIS. A few more steel buildings are planned to be erected at the construction site by the end of 2016.
