PK VESTA announces the completion of the aseembly of a pre-fabricated industrial complex 42W x 48L x 11H for the manufacture of road tiles in Astana, Kazakhstan. The complex consists of a set of steel buildings (42SW x 48L x 11V, 18W x 22L x 5H and 15W x 33L x 5.8H) on the basis of light metal structures (a combination of HYBRID systems and LSGF - cold-formed galvanized profiles) Part of the panels were applied on the basis of PIR filler for technical functional areas with high levels of humidity and temperature (up to 80-90%). Inside the steel building a unique technological chain is set up for the almost automated manufacture of road tiles with minimal working staff.
The highest quality standards were applied for this project (S350 for the wall and roof sheathing systems, only Ist class of coating is 275 g / sq.m., Mineral rock wool with a fully at least 110 kg / cubic meter., German adhesive base for sandwich panels, professional sheet with a thickness of at least 0.5mm, etc.)
