PK VESTA announces the assembly completion of the prefabricated steel body shop / warehouse 12W х 30L х 6H for repair of trucks in St. Petersburg, Russia. The pouring of the slab with the basement part was accomplished successfully (at the stage of pouring, anchor groups were installed on the mark of zero level of the floor) The vertical columns were assembled in the shortest possible time. It took some time to assemble the roof trusses made of lightweight galvanized steel profiles. Then the LSGF farms were raised and gently fixed on the columns, strengthening and tightening all the nearby structures with a secondary framing system. The 100% bolted-together design was used with high-quality materials (S350 steel, Ist class of coating, density of mineral wool - not less than 110 kg / m3, the foreign glue base, proven screws, thickness of profiled sheet - at least 0.5 mm, etc.) All load-bearing structures were sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (walls-100mm, roof-150mm) The building kit included all fasteners and fittings. The sectional insulated gates were installed on each front side with a vertical lift.
The client initially designed and calculated the full budget of the building construction in the innovative free online system WebSteel.
