PK Vesta announces the second order of the unique prefabricated steel complex for cleaning of tank containers and auto trucks in Togliatti, Russia (12W х 24L х 6.1H) Industrial Investment Group opted for PK Vesta second time to expand its own regional and international network of stations for processing and cleaning of tank containers and trucks in Russia and the CIS. Plus, the additional posts will be created for the minor repair and inspection of these vehicles. The market is focused mainly on the western carriers. The complex has a high level of automation. Only a few specialists work there. It is planned to process about 20 containers per day. The water consumption was reduced by about 10 times. The growth of this market is expected to grow by around 6-7% per year.
The whole steel building was designed from the special combination of the welded beams and LSGF (cold-formed zinc-coated profiles) The building kit included all sheathing products, fasteners and fittings. The same steel complex can be designed in any part of the world.
