PK VESTA announces the order of steel structures for a modern poultry-farming complex of 4 buildings 15W x 115L x 3H (about 6 900 sq.m.) In the Tula region, Russia. Our client, a Russian German company, gave preference to the Tula factory of PK VESTA due to its extensive experience in the design and manufacture of prefabricated light steel buildings in the post-Soviet space (Russia and the CIS)
Load-bearing structures with parallel trusses (columns, trusses, girders, column bases, corners, diagonal connections, etc.) will be made on the basis of the most common technology in the agricultural non-residential market - LSGF (cold-formed galvanized profiles) Due to the more effective monthly disinfection inside the building a steel farm has an "internal heat circuit", when a sandwich panel (with non-combustible mineral wool) is mounted under the lower truss belt and inside the columns/ In turn, the truss structure itself is covered with a profiled sheet to protect against snow bags. Along the building, all utility technological zones and transition galleries between buildings are taken into account.
In the design, steel of the highest category Q350 of the first class of galvanizing (Premium 275 g/sq.m.) was used in order to improve the anti-corrosion properties of framework steel elements. Elements from ferrous metal will be given for "hot galvanizing"
Indoor air conditioning system will be installed to create an individual microclimate. Artificial lighting is required for the cage method of feeding birds. Inside the buildings will be installed modern equipment.
Erection of pre-fabricated poultry complex is planned to be completed by the end of 2019.
