PK Vesta announces the order of two prefabricated steel modern chicken farms 8W х 20L х 4H for local peasant farming in Istra district, Moscow region in Russia. An external thermal circuit will be applied with non-combustible sandwich panels, including all trimming and fasteners. The light steel frame will be completely made of LSGF (cold-formed galvanized profiles) with 100% zinc-plating of all elements (columns, beams, purlins, column bases and connecting elements) for anti-corrosion resistance. The prefabricated steel building is based on the 100% bolted-together design without welding and «wet processes»
A client will include the following machinery in two steel buildings: one hatchery (6 incubators with up to 600 eggs) and one sparrow (up to 700 quail eggs). By September 2017, the Russian-Korean equipment will be delivered to the construction based on the combined bird maintenance (floor and cell) It is planned to grow up to 1,500 chickens and about 3 500 quails per year.
The erection of the prefabricated chicken farms will be completed by the end of November 2017. The steel buildings were designed and priced free of charge by a client in the innovative global online configurator WebSteel.
