PK Vesta announces the order of a pre-engineered steel warehouse/plant for furniture production in Velikiy Novgorod, Russia (26W х 54L х 7.2H) In order to expand the existing production facilities and current storage facilities, the client decided to order a new modern prefabricated steel building made of sandwich panels and light metal structures in PK VESTA. A well-known proven hybrid system will be used for a load-bearing structure (a bundle of a welded beam and the light gauge steel trusses and secondary framing from the cold-formed galvanized profiles) The crane ways for a beam crane with a payload of 3.5t are taken into account. The building kit includes all fasteners and trimming. Along the building there are two banded framed window openings with a height of 1.2 m (height of sandwich panels). The thickness of insulated sandwich panels is 150 mm for walls and roofing. The color scheme is based on the classic light gray color in combination with a strip around the perimeter made out of blue. The client chose a typical columnar foundation with a foundation beam. The floors will be filled with standard concrete with a maximum load of up to 2 t / sq.m.
