PK VESTA announces the order of a prefabricated steel workshop for the production of road materials 42W х 48L х 11H in Astana, Kazakhstan One of the most modern building technologies has been chosen - a HYBRID truss system (combination of welded beams and light trusses with secondary framing made from cold-formed galvanized profiles) Classical non-combustible sandwich panels of mineral wool and PIR will be used, including all fittings and fasteners.
A client, having worked in the Russian and CIS markets for many years, decided to expand the existing production in Kazakhstan and substantially modernize it. Three main directions were chosen: 1) the production of road tiles (up to 5 000 sq.m./month), 2) curbs (up to 250 km/month) and 3) wall blocks for the construction of houses (up to 1 100 pieces/month) The 2,000 sq.m. production manufacturing facilities will require roughly 4-5 people who will work on modern equipment with a high level of automation. Most of the major industrial processes associated with the manufacture of these products, the movement of raw and finished materials inside the plant, storage and packaging - are practically automated by robotic platforms. Natural materials (cement, crushed stone, sand, etc.) are used on the basis of dry vibrocompression.
