PK VESTA announces the order of a pre-fabricated warehouse and processing center 54W x 54L x 10.2H (9m inside the wall) near Lipetsk, Russia in one of the largest companies for the production of concentrated apple juice in central part of the country. In order to expand markets in the European direction, the company decided to build new modern production and storage facilities. More than 400 tons of apples are being processed per day now. Apples are brought here for processing from all over Russia and the CIS.
The prefabricated steel building made out of light steel structures will be designed on the basis of the classic proven HYBRID system (combining the well-known technologies of Rigid frame and LSGF, where for columns constant sections of ferrous metal are used, and on top - trusses and secondary framing made out of cold-formed galvanized profiles) External thermal circuit is used. The walls will be sheathed with non-flammable sandwich panels (100mm of mineral rock wool), and the roof - on the basis of a built-up cladding system (2 corrugated sheets, vapor barrier film, 2 insulants up to 120mm and fasteners) The building kit includes all fasteners and fittings.
The prefabricated steel warehouse was designed and pre-designed in the newest free online system WebSteel.
