PK VESTA announces the order of a pre-fabricated two-storey steel fish processing workshop 18W х 41.4L х 12.6H in Murmansk, Russia. The company, which is the exclusive distributor of some types of fish and main supplier of an extensive range of marine products in Russia, has decided to expand existing production processing facilities and build an additional new modern fish complex in 2018.
The steel structure has an "internal thermal circuit" (all the sheathing cladding systems will be erected inside the building - on the inner side of columns and the lower belt of the trusses) The most proven HYBRID system was selected (for the following climatic zones in Russia: Vth snow loads and Vth wind loads with seismicity of up to 6 points) Two of the world's most famous technologies were chosen in the non-residential construction industry: Rigid framing (classic welded beams) and LSGF (trusses and secondary framing made of cold-formed zinc-coated profiles) A two-storey building will have the interfloor beam with the column gird of 6x6 on the first floor. The entire steel frame will be sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (mineral rock wool) The building kit will include all fasteners and fittings. All building elements will only be of high quality (Ist class of coating - 275 g / m2, C245 and C350 types of metal, density of rock wool - not less than 110 kg / m3, thickness of the profiled sheet - at least 0.5 mm, the most modern foreign adhesive solutions will be applied and ext.)

The shipment of the building kit from the plant of PK VESTA is planned for the end of January 2018. The assembly should take about 1.5-2 months.
