PK VESTA announces the order of a pre-engineered food supermarket of the "YES" grocery food chain 23W х 31L х 6.3H in Pushkino, Russia. This supermarket chain is actively growing in the central part of Russia, in which PK VESTA is helping it effectively.
In most cases, we make such prefabricated steel buildings based on the lightweight steel structures (columns, trusses, secondary framing), which allows us to reduce the costs of the steel frame itself (vs the rigid framing), delivery services and base works. Plus, the costs of a building kit is 15-20% less than traditional materials (concrete, rigid framing or foam blocks). The building itself is based on a 100% bolted-together design, completely excluding "wet processes» at any stage of assembly. More than 70% of the elements of the load-bearing steel frame is galvanized, which allows us not to apply expensive paint or coating to the elements of the rigid framing buildings. Also, a steel building can be erected all year round and often does not require the rent of expensive equipment.
Assembly of a prefabricated steel building is planned for the beginning of spring 2018.
