PK VESTA announces the order of a pre-engineered vegetable processing center 29W х 50L х 7.1H in Tula, Russia at one of the largest Russian producers of food ingredients, fruit and berry and vegetable preservation. Due to the expansion of sales markets and the introduction of new warehouses and refrigerating chambers, the company decided to build a new center for the processing of vegetable ingredients.
The complete steel building will be designed on the basis of the well-known proven HYBRID technology, combining the classic welded beams (columns) and lightweight galvanized structures - LSGF (trusses, girders) The entire steel frame is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels, including all shaped and fastening elements. A lean-to structure in the form of a tambour is taken into account. The colorful design solutions based on green and yellow colors were chosen. The best Russian export-oriented quality materials for the order were applied (the I class of galvanizing for S350 is 275 g / m2, not less than 110 kg / m3 - the density of mineral wool, the thickness of the profiled sheet is at least 0.5 mm)
The steel building of light metal structures is planned to be manufactured by the end of summer 2018 and assembled by the beginning of autumn.
This agricultural processing center was designed free of charge in the patented online system WebSteel.
