PK VESTA announces the order of the pre-engineered meat and fish-processing steel workshop 12W х 30L х 7.6H in Novy Urengoy, Russia (Series INDI) Ourcustomer, having worked in the service sector (food, gas and oil industry) of the Russian Ural Federal District for more than 15 years, decided to expand its own production base (on 1.5 hectares) Near the existing multipurpose warehouse (about 500 sq.m.), it is planned to build another new two-storey steel building with the following functional areas: a semifinished products preparation zone, steam workshop, meat and fish restaurant zone, hot shop, bread and pastries. The second floor will include the office for 35 persons of administrative staff. The first floor is designed for 25 workplaces. Also, a gas branch stretches to the new building for 500m from the local station with the future capacity of 5 600 cub.m. / month. The steel building is planned to be commissioned by the middle of Autumn.
The lightweight steel load-bearing structures are based on the classical effective hybrid system (combination of welded beams with the interfloor overlap and LSGF - cold-formed galvanized trusses with purlins) All lightweight construction is designed on the basis of 100% bolted-together design. The complete set of the steel building from PK VESTA includes contemporary incombustible sandwich panels (wall and roofing - 150mm) with all trimming and fasteners. The color solution is based on a combination of two colors: beige (ivory - RAL 1014) and green (RAL 6002)
