PK VESTA announces the order of a pre-engineered warehouse / office 18W x 35L x 5.2H (LSGF) in Dmitrov, Russia. Our client has been engaged in manufacturing the newest satellite equipment (mobile and satellite antennas) in Russia for many years. The further expansion of the current production base has been planned.
The steel building made out of light metal structures was designed on the basis of the latest building technologies LSGF - cold-formed galvanized profiles. The share of galvanized elements is at least 70%. Only the first class of coating of the best Russian metal is used (275 g / sq. m.) A latch system with an extension is applied in order to minimize the overall metal weight. The steel frame is sheathed with classical non-flammable sandwich panels (density not less than 100 kg / cubic meter.) The building kit includes all fittings and fasteners.
The pre-fabricated warehouse was designed and calculated in the online system WebSteel with further receiving all detailed sketches and a breakdown by main items of construction costs.
