PK VESTA announces the order of a fast-erecting food supermarket 24W х 63L х 6.4H in Dagestanskie Ogni, Russia. Due to lack of time and preparation for the new year 2018, a client promptly decided to expand the chain of his own universal supermarkets (grocery, household goods) in the Caucasus. Given the irregular shape of the construction site on the client's territory, the main steel building was divided into two parts: the correct form made of LSGF (24 x 50) based on the cold-formed galvanized profiles and the rigid frame triangle (13 x 13 x 5.2) on the basis of the classic welded beams.
The whole building will be sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (mineral wool) with the thickness of 100mm for walls and 150mm for roofing. The building kit includes all fasteners and fittings. The color solution is the classic one (combination of blue, white and light gray). The pier foundation is planned with a foundation beam along the building perimeter. The floors will be poured (with a thickness of about 200mm and a max load of up to 2 tones / sq. m.) once the assembly is finished. The steel building will be completed by the end of 2017. The erection is scheduled to be completed by the mid of February 2018.
