PK VEsta announces the order of the prefabricated steel body shop 12 x 12 x 5.2 for the repair of large-sized vehicles in Tula, Russia. With the expansion of the site and its own business, the client decided to buy a new steel building for the repair of gazelles, mini trucks, tractors and crossovers (SUVs). PK VEsta was chosen in connection with its traditional specialization in designing and manufacturing complete building kits for small and medium-sized businesses in the entire post-Soviet space. The client plans to fill a 200mm reinforced concrete slab and mount a lightweight framework of metal structures (LSGF) on anchor chemical bolts. All the basic elements of the frame (columns, beams and secondary framing) will be galvanized for high corrosion resistance. A 100% bolted connection is used. Everything is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels based on mineral wool. The building kit includes all fasteners and fittings. The 4 x 4.2 sectional doors with vertical lifting and radio control will be mounted. There is a side fire-proof door. The modern portable equipment for repair of transport will be installed inside the building.
The prefabricated body shop was designed in the free, innovative online system WebSteel, available to everyone on the Internet 24/7 in any country.
