PK Vesta announces the order for a car service and workshop 15W x 20L x 4H from LSTK to Moscow, Russia. The client designed and calculated the cost of the pre-fabricated building himself through the WebSteel online system, followed by placing an order at the Tula plant.
The supporting steel frame will be manufactured according to the most advanced lightweight construction technology LSGF (cold-formed galvanized profiles) with further lining of non-combustible sandwich panels (walls - 100 mm and roof - 150 mm. Minvata density - at least 100 kg / sq., Profiled sheet thickness - at least 0.5mm and the adhesive base - German glue Berg.)
The building kit includes all fittings and fasteners, including a modern light lamp (3W x 16L with 2 automatically shutters for ventilation and a smoke exhaust system). The lamp provides more than 90% of the need for natural lighting of the interior of the building with a significant minimization of the cost of artificial lighting (even winter time) 16mm patented polycarbonate with a cellular structure and excellent sealing is applied.
On the long side of the building there are 4 insulated sectional doors 3Shh3V and 4 fire doors. At the ends, an improved design in the form of a stepped parapet is used to improve the appearance of the building.
Installation of the building is planned for 2-3 weeks.
