PK Vesta announces the implementation of the new engineering solutions for the multi-span steel buildings in Russia and the CIS:
1) «FLAT ROOF» - the new engineering solution allowing designing the 60-meter wide steel buildings based on the following load-bearing structure: all columns and trusses are made from the welded beams (S245) The roof angle is about 2 degrees. The membrane roofing is widely used, whereas the classical sandwich panels are applied for the wall. Now any client can easily design and instantly price a great variety of the large-scale steel buildings within minutes. That way PK Vesta enters the market niche of the large-scale steel buildings used in Russia and the CIS (for example, Metro, Krauta, Ashan, Diksi, OBI and ext.)
2) «Hybrid system» allows designing the gable pre-engineered steel buildings with up to 60meters wide (the columns are made from the welded beams and the trusses - from the cold-formed profiles) That system costs less compared with the flat roof. Due to the improved hybrid approach PK Vesta could decrease the overall building weight by 2-3 times for some parameters.
