PK VESTA announces the commissioning of a pre-engineered car service 12W х 30L х 6H and car wash 6W х 12L х 4.2H in Tula region, Russia. A customer is the leader in the chemical industry of the country in the production of ABS plastics and suspension polystyrenes. Due the active expansion of production facilities and the site, the client decided to build new modern steel buildings for the general management near the existing office complex.
The entire load-bearing steel frame was designed on the basis of LSGF (cold-formed galvanized profiles) in a free online system WebSteel with further cladding with classic non-combustible sandwich panels (including all shaped and fastening elements). The prefabricated steel building was assembled on a 180mm reinforced concrete slab using chemical anchor bolts.
