At the request of the local children's school and children's administration, PK VESTA designed (taking into account all the necessary loads and seismicity) and manufactured a complete set of a pre-engineered sports hall on the basis of the world's most advanced construction technology LSGF (cold-formed galvanized profiles) All load-bearing structures were factory-built with non-combustible sandwich panels 120mm on the wall and 150mm on the roof (including all shaped and fastening elements) In the calculation scheme, the light steel trusses were used with secondary framing.
The materials of the best quality were used (the density of mineral wool was not less than 110 kg / cube, the thickness of the Russian profiled sheet from the Lipetsk plant was not less than 0.5 mm, the German glue base, only the first class of galvanizing of rolled steel was 275 g / m2, premium self-tapping screws Gunnebo)
For the facility, the height difference was taken into account for the two functional zones (a hall for sports games and an ancillary room for changing rooms, a corridor, an office for teachers)
