PK VESTA announces the beginning of construction of two prefabricated warehouse retail complexes 18W х 72L х 7H in Tula region, Russia. Due to the lack of warehouses (at the moment there are about 3 of them located in the city), the client decided to place all office and warehouse complexes with production facilities in one place - on his own 4H land near the city of Tula.
The most famous LSGF technology was chosen for designing, engendering and prodcution purposes. A lightweight truss structure with columns and secondary framing will be sheathed with a profiled sheet. The load-bearing structure is placed on a classical columnar foundation. After the assembly of the steel building, it is planned to fill the floor with topping with pre-packing of the sandy gravel base. The modern façade solutions will be taken into consideration for gates, doors and windows.
The prefabricated steel building was designed and built in a free online WebSteel system with further order placement at the PK VESTA factory.
