PK Vesta announces the erection of the pre-engineered wine farm 8W х 10L х 5H in the Tula region, Russia. The whole steel building was designed on the basis of lightweight steel structures made of LSGF (cold-formed zinc-coated profiles), which have excellent anticorrosion properties. The load-bearing structures will be covered with fire-proof sandwich panels with an external thermal circuit. The building kit includes all trimming and fasteners. At present, about 1H of land is planted with seedlings for future processing of Amur grape varieties (frost-hardy) In the new wine farm and the nearby cellar, about 700 liters of wine (table, technical and wine) will be processed from 1H of land. In the next 1-2 years it is planned to plant additional 4-5H of land with new seedlings. Also, on the farming site there are several zones for cultivation of potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes and cucumbers. The client is planning to create one of the largest wine farms in the central region of Russia.
The client himself calculated and designed the prefabricated steel buildings in the free online program WebSteel.
