PK Vesta announces the order of a prefabricated supermarket 18x24x7.2 in Stupino, Russia
PK Vesta announces the order of a prefabricated supermarket 18x24x7.2 in Stupino, Russia. A client who has been working as a developer on the real estate market for many years decided to lease Pyaterochka (a Russian popular chain store) - a new modern universal store.
The most common LSGF construction technology (cold-rolled galvanized zinc-coated profiles) was chosen for load-bearing steel structures (only the first class of galvanizing metal is used - 275 g / sq.m.) The whole steel frame is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (filled with environmentally friendly mineral Rockwool based on basalt rocks ) with a density of at least 100 kg / cubic meter and a sheet thickness of at least 0.5 mm. The delivery of a factory-made building includes all fittings and fasteners. A combination of two colors of yellow (RAL 1018) and brown (RAL 8017) was selected. The facade solutions took into account framed openings for 3x3 sectional gates, 0.9x2.1 doors and modern double-glazed windows (Rehau 32mm, two-chamber)
The supermarket was designed and priced for free in the patented online system WebSteel, accessible to everyone without a technical education, with subsequent ordering a factory-made building kit anywhere in the world.
