PK Vesta announces the order of a pre-fabricated steel workshop / warehouse 14x20x6 in Troitsk, Russia
The PK Vesta plant announces the placement of an order for a pre-fabricated steel workshop / warehouse 14W x 20L x 6H in Troitsk, Russia. On the territory of the cottage village the client decided to create a small innovative production for the manufacture of products from polypropylene (packaging in the form of a film, bags, various containers, household items. As well as pipes and elements of technical equipment) 10 jobs are planned. After a detailed technical comparative analysis, the Tula plant was chosen, which specializes in the design and manufacture of modern production complexes made out of light metal structures anywhere in the world.
The pre-fabricated steel building is based on modern LSGF technology (cold-formed profile) using only class I galvanizing (275 g/sq.m.) and Russian C350 metal. All ferrous metal elements have been supplied since last year only on a premium powder coating basis, which gives 100% corrosion protection for many years to come.
The light metal frame is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels. According to the thermal analysis, the following cladding thicknesses were used: 150mm for the roof and 120mm for the walls. On the roof, 2 modern arc-shaped skylights with 16mm polycarbonate were placed (manufactured by the Israeli company Poligal) and 4 automatic shutters for natural ventilation (including 4 drives)
The prefabricated steel warehouse / workshop was calculated and designed in the free innovative WebSteelsystem.
