PK VESTA announces an order for a 24x40x3 pre-fabricated Aqua farm for sturgeon breeding in Shchekino, Russia
A local agricultural company has placed an order for a 24W x 40D x 3H prefabricated sturgeon Aqua Farm in Shchekino, Russia. Selected the most common MCWS technology (Managed Closed Water Supply - high-tech automatic cleaning systems) All fish will be bred to the highest quality standards, tried on only premium European feed and providing crystal clear water.
The load-bearing steel structures (columns, trusses, girders) are based on the most modern construction technology LSGF (cold-formed galvanized profiles) based on 100% bolted joints without welding at the construction site. In order to ensure 100% protection against corrosion due to a high level of humidity, some ferrous metal elements (gaskets, corners, column bases) are coated with premium powder coating (at least 100 microns) or hot-dip galvanized. An internal thermal circuit is used, where highly energy-efficient PIR panels (not hygroscopic, unlike panels filled with mineral wool) are mounted from the inside to the inside of the load-bearing elements (columns and the lower belt of trusses). And from above, the trusses are sewn up with a profiled sheet to protect them from snow bags . The building kit includes all fittings and fasteners. The Aqua Farm itself is assembled as quickly as possible in about 3-4 weeks.
The prefabricated steel building was calculated free of charge in the innovative WebSteel system, available to every client 24/7 worldwide.
