PK Vesta announces the start of the erection of the pre-engineered service center for cleaning the tank and auto containers ranging from 20 to 40 feet (up to 1 100 meters, 21H x 24L x 7H, 15deg.) All girts and purlins are galvanized on the secondary framing (Z-shaped. and C-shaped) the inter-floor overlap is based on the concrete plate. The bolts, trim and gutters are all included into the building kit.
20 working places are planned to create. The level of automation is high. Once a container is moved into a steel building and fixed, the rest of cleaning process is done automatically (the Holland equipment – Den Harten) The main clients come from the chemical and food industries (mainly the central region of Russia and China) After the cleaning services, the company offers the clients a special certificate allowing the container transportation. The maximum daily load of the service center is restrained to 30. The planned capacity in the first 6 months is planned at 10-15.
