WebSteel Project Timeline
The industrial company Vesta began developing a new business model in 2005. The business model was based on the ACTIVE IMAGINATION concept. As part of this concept, we enable customers, regardless of technical background, to quickly and easily design an individual building (authentic style) and order it from us with 100% basic equipment. For this, the WebSteel system was created.
The basic version of WebSteel was launched in November 2011. In the development of an intuitive interface, the creation of an analytical kernel based on parametric modeling, the transformation of the main site into a single platform, the development of many internal modules (delivery cost, calculation of beam cranes, types of structures, 3D visualization, automatic document generation) experts from several cities and countries participated.
We are grateful to everyone who indirectly or directly participated in the creation of the unique WebSteel project, including the first customers who decided to order prefabricated buildings through an online design system. We are especially grateful to the Tecart marketing group, which for many years has been successfully cooperating with Vesta.
