PK VESTA announces the order of a pre-engineered workshop and warehouse 24x60x8 for food film in Uzlovaya, Russia
PK VESTA announces the order of a modern prefabricated workshop and warehouse 24Wx60Lx8H for the manufacture of PET food films in Uzlovaya, Russia. In order to expand production and minimize the cost of renting existing production facilities in Moscow, the client decided to launch a new modern plant in the new techno park in Uzlovaya, Russia, to produce modern PET film widely used in the food industry. Polycarbonate and organic insoles are used, but with more promising improved characteristics.
A quick-erecting workshop made of lightweight metal structures was selected on the basis of the classic HYBRID SYSTEMS (Rigid framing for colums - welded beam and C245 ferrous metal and LSGF for trusses and secondary framing) in order to ensure the IV degree of fire resistance (applying the total metal thickness of at least 4 mm). The lightweight metal frame is sheathed with standard non-combustible sandwich panels (120 mm for walls and the roof is 150 mm, the density of mineral wool is not less than 100 kg / cubic meter, the thickness of the profiled sheet is not less than 0.5 mm) The building kit includes all fittings and fasteners. The sky lights are installed in the ridge for maximum natural lighting for the inner part of the building with the width of 3m and the length of 56m. 5 shutters are included (3W x 1L) for ventilation and smoke extraction (automatic drive and control unit are included) Also, several 4x4.2 sectional doors were taken into account for the entry of euro trucks inside the steel building.
Separate sections of the project are being developed on basic engineering networks (heating, lighting, water disposal, smoke removal and fire extinguishing systems). The installation of the building is planned for the summer of 2020 with commissioning in the fall of 2020.
