PK Vesta announces the order of the prefabricated manufacturing complex 24W x 60L x 9.2H for production of ultra-modern solar cells and panels in Aksai, Kazakhstan. The young fast-growing company with the European Italian roots has been engaged for many years in the field of innovative energy solutions, oil and gas supply systems, automatic control and monitoring systems, and solutions for new fields in Aisa and Europe.
The prefabricated steel building will be divided into 2 main parts: the office part (24W x 18L with 3.5 meters on each floor) and the production part (24W x 42L with the height of 8 meters by inner wall) taking into account the loads of 8 tones from the overhead crane (crane beams are included) The steel load-bearing structures made on the basis of the classical HYBRID system (columns are made of welded I-beams made of ferrous metal, and trusses and secondary framing are made out of LSGF- cold-formed zinc-coated profiles), which provide savings of up to 15-20% when compared with Rigid Framing (all structures are made of ferrous black metal) The steel frame is sheathed with wall and roofing PIR sandwich panels (polyisocyanurate foam) - 100 / 120mm, having high heat-insulating properties (0.022 W / m * K) in comparison with panels from mineral Rockwool.
It is planned to install a modern 3W x 56L sky light on the roof based on 16mm polycarbonate for natural efficient lighting with several automatically ventilated shutters. Also, an additional load of 30 kg / sq.m. was taken into account on the roof from solar panels.
The complete steel building kit was designed and calculated in the free online WebSteel system, available worldwide free of charge (in Africa, Eurasia and Latin America)
