What does ordering through WebSteel mean?
At the beginning of 2013, the WebSteel project team introduced an Electronic Procurement Card (ERP system) that combines the main departments of the company into a single information field. Electronic Card (E-Card) allows the client to track the main stages of ordering in your account in real time:
- conclusion of a transaction (all documents are uploaded to your account);
- design (the client receives all projects electronically in PDF and / or DWG format);
- manufacturing (the client knows how much time will be spent on manufacturing);
- shipment (notification of the client about the schedule of shipment through the system).
There are also processes of interaction between the various departments that are also involved in order management.
Online ordering in the WebSteel system is designed to minimize the likelihood of errors from the moment a transaction is concluded to the shipment of finished products. This allows you to conveniently, easily and quickly track all stages of work.
