The PK Vesta plant announces the order of a prefabricated dog training center 20W x 30L x 4H in Ramenskoye, Moscow Region, Russia
The Society of Cynologists from Moscow decided to place an order for a pre-engineered center 20W x 30L x 4H at the Tula plant in order to create a professional community and a place for training dogs and preparing them for regional and international competitions.
The lightweight steel structures were designed without internal columns, allowing for an open layout for events and games. The classic HYBRID system is used (a combination of Rigid Framing for columns and trusses with purlins made out of LSF) The steel frame is sheathed with fire-proof sandwich panels (120mm for the walls and 150mm for the roof) All fittings and fasteners are included into the building kit. A 3W x 15L roof skylight is installed in the ridge for natural illumination of the interior of the steel building. The assembly of the steel building is based on a 100% bolted connection without welding.
The prefabricated dog training center was calculated and designed using the free WebSteel configurator.
