PK Vesta plant announces an order for a pre-fabricated workshop 48x48x10 for the production of suitcases in Uzlovaya, Russia
The Tula plant announces an order for a pre-fabricated workshop 48W x 48L x 10H (inside from the floor level to the bottom of the supporting steel structures) for the production of suitcases in Uzlovaya, Russia. It is planned to build a modern steel workshop by the end of 2023 with the installation and launch of cutting-edge equipment. The client conducted a comparative analysis for a long time, but ultimately chose the Tula plant with its partners because of the extensive experience in designing and manufacturing such steel buildings.
All load-bearing structures are designed on the basis of proven reliable HYBRID construction technology (combination of Rigid framing based on welded beams and LSGF – cold-formed zinc-coated profiles) The steel frame is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (150mm for the roof and 120mm for all walls based on the mineral Rock wool) Factory-made LEGO constructor includes all fittings and fasteners.
For facade solutions, several sectional doors (4x4.2) and free-standing fire doors (1x2.1) were taken into account. 2 neutral corporate colors were chosen: Gray (RAL 7004) and Blue (RAL 5005). A reinforced concrete base will be poured along the perimeter of the steel building in order to protect the lower part of the workshop.
The prefabricated shop made out of light steel structures was designed and calculated in the free online system WebSteel.
